Welcome: Has it been hot enough for you lately?

Worship: Be creative in opening your hearts to God! Take time for a song, poem, video clip, story, or testimony! Spend some moments in prayer. Invite the Holy Spirit to meet with you as your teacher, friend, encourager, and the giver of great gifts!

Witness: Take time in your Life Group to pray for the people in your OIKOS. Ask God to bless them. Ask God to open an opportunity for you to share the ABC’s and serve them. Fervent prayer and diligent service will open amazing spiritual doors.

Word: This past Sunday we watched deceitful men try to trap Jesus. We watched Jesus give a very brilliant answer to their questions.

1. Have you ever been around people who tried to trick or cheat you?
What were they like? What did they do?

3. Read Luke 20:20-26… How is the “agenda” of the religious leaders different from the picture of the Body of Christ that Paul gives us in Ephesians 4:14-16?

Close with a time of prayer. Focus on these verses.

Search me, O God, and know my heart:
